Assist Package

Monthly

If you do your own accounts using MYOB or XERO “in the cloud” bookkeeping software but would like assistance with queries, processing and BAS.

Includes:

  • Email and phone support
  • Monthly visit of 1 hour if needed
  • Quarterly review of transactions before BAS lodgement
  • BAS Lodgement
  • Liaise with the ATO and your Accountant

Maintenance Package

Monthly or Quarterly

Small, Medium or Large

Using MYOB or XERO “in the cloud” bookkeeping software Advance Bookkeeping can update your accounts from our office on a monthly or quarterly basis. You would need to provide all expenses for GST purposes and enter your own sales- we train you to create sales invoices. The packages come in various sizes to suit your business and all include:

  • Input all expenses/ purchases
  • Reconcile sales and purchases
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Payroll and super
  • BAS & IAS Lodgement
  • Email and phone support
  • Liaise with ATO and your Accountant

Custom Package

If you would prefer Advance Bookkeeping to visit you at your home office or your place of business. Suited for businesses whose accounts require weekly or fortnightly updating. We can provide all or some of the following:

  • Enter all sales invoices
  • Input all expenses/ purchases
  • Reconcile sales and purchases
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Payroll and super
  • BAS & IAS Lodgement
  • Liaise with ATO and your Accountant
  • General administration

The custom package is charged on an hourly basis until the scope of work is realised and then a set fee can be established.

Catch Up Package

If you are 3 months or more behind on your accounts Advance Bookkeeping can bring you up to date. The Catch Up Package is charged at an hourly rate. Once your accounts are in order we can put you on a Maintenance Package arrangement.
